Since June 2006, Saint-Gobain provided its 90,000 employees with a web-based "IT security communication" program. In order to maintain users’ focus during each training module, Saint-Gobain has decided to hire the Living Actor™ mascot, Wizz.
"We wanted to find an attractive mean to communicate on IT Security Awareness, because most people consider that they comply with security whereas most in fact don’t". Avatars are a great solution to deliver messages that are both fun and interactive and to build a strong relationship with users" explain the IT department of the Saint-Gobain group.
Wizz is fluent in 22 languages and more than 11,000 employees worldwide interact with his training modules each week.
